“Trash Hunt” is an app to report and monitor all indiscriminate dumping sites. We encourage users to take photos and record the information on the app, whenever they come across places littered with trash. These sites will be displayed on our Trash Hunt map and help local authorities, stakeholders and residents to deal with them in a timely manner.

Moreover, “Trash Hunt” users can earn points from their activities, join our rewards programme, organise and participate in cleanup events and learn useful information about the environment.

“Trash Hunt” is supported by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Viet Nam, and the Viet Nam Administration of Seas and Islands (VASI) under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE).
